What motivates me

What motivates me to learn is someone who keeps there focus on me and helps me the way I learn and doesn't treat others differently and listens to me. What also motivates me to learn is doing something that will help me. Lastly, I seem to learn best when I'm alone with the teacher or when I'm drawing.
